bajilive Terms and Conditions

1.General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bajilive platform and all its services. By accessing the bajilive website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

In addition to these Terms, the bajilive platform may have various specific rules, such as game-specific rules and promotional conditions. These are also considered an integral part of these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific rules will take precedence over the general Terms.

2.Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use services on the bajilive platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• The account must be created under your own identity and name; registration on behalf of another person or under a fictitious identity is not acceptable.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Before using the service from any device or network, you must confirm that online gaming is legal from your location.

For the purpose of verifying information provided at registration, bajilive may at any time request identity documents (national ID card, passport or other government-issued document) and proof of address. If the user fails to supply the required documents, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.Account Management

Each user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Users are fully responsible for keeping their login details (username and password) confidential and not sharing them with any third party.

3.1 Password Security

Passwords should be sufficiently complex and difficult to guess. Changing your password regularly is recommended. bajilive will not be responsible for any unauthorised activity on an account resulting from sharing a password with someone else.

3.2 Updating Information

If your name, address, mobile number or email changes, you must update your account profile promptly. bajilive is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Transfer

bajilive accounts are non-transferable. Selling, renting, gifting or transferring an account to another person in any way is strictly prohibited.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the bajilive platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer during account verification or in unusual circumstances.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. bajilive complies with international standards on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. If suspicious transactions are detected on any account, bajilive reserves the right to initiate an investigation.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

bajilive offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used on the games or categories specified in that particular promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• The deadline for claiming a bonus is stated separately for each offer; if not claimed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is attempted without meeting the conditions of a bonus, that bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• bajilive reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

The bajilive platform offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games and various other online gaming services. Each category has its own rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bajilive reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, wager or gaming transaction. bajilive also has the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined on the basis of the official results issued by the relevant sports authority. In the event of any dispute, bajilive's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

bajilive is not responsible for any loss caused by loss of internet connection, device failure or any other technical problem. Users are advised to ensure the quality of their own internet connection.

6.4 VIP Program

bajilive's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier offers weekly cashback benefits. Full details of the VIP program can be found on the bajilive VIP page.

7.Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bajilive platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating an account using a fraudulent identity or false information.
• Bonus abuse — operating an account solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to conduct games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to breach the site's security systems or hacking.
• Fraudulent conduct toward or threatening other users.
• Unauthorised use of bajilive's intellectual property or brand assets.

8.Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 At bajilive's Initiative

bajilive may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide necessary documents for identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual financial transactions.
• When required for a security or fraud investigation.

8.2 At the User's Own Initiative

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before closing an account, all pending wagers must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn. Self-exclusion and break options are also available in the Responsible Gaming section.

9.Limitation of Liability

bajilive provides its services on an "as is" basis. bajilive will not bear any liability for the following:

• Any issue caused by the user's internet connection or device.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or server downtime.
• Loss resulting from the user's own failure to protect their login details.
• Expected but unrealised income or profit from online gaming.

In any event, bajilive's maximum liability for any loss shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in relation to that specific incident.

10.Privacy and Data Protection

bajilive takes the privacy of users' personal information very seriously. By registering on the platform, the user consents to the collection and processing of their data. bajilive uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions and personal information secure. However, since complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed, users should also take their own precautions.

11.Changes and Amendments

bajilive reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be changed.
• Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
